Bittersweet Bakery was started in 2007 by Erin Barnhill. Erin attended culinary school in Denver and Paris before starting her pastry career at Gateaux bakery in Denver, CO. She then moved to Iowa City, IA to run Deluxe Cakes and Pastries for a stint. Upon moving back to her hometown of Ogallala, Erin opened Bittersweet Bakery. It has been a welcome addition to the community ever since. Orders are accepted for pickup or delivery Tuesday - Saturday.
